We are growing our Project Management team! Empowered and responsible for successful delivery of projects within MIRA. Projects range from operationally based local, quick turnaround projects to multi-million pound, multi-year programmes.
All Project Management team members are concerned with providing support to or managing projects for internal and external customers. The specific level of responsibility is proportionate to seniority of role. Leadership, Functional, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal competencies are defined and scaled for each level of role and responsibility.
We have the following roles available within the team:
Programme Manager: As Programme Manager you will have ownership and leadership of a group of projects across the whole business with a common theme such as customer, technology, geography, or project management methodology. You will ensure successful delivery of projects and a consistent customer experience which is responsive to their needs, with high customer satisfaction.
Project Manager: As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of projects within MIRA. Projects range from portfolios of local / low value / quick turnaround projects to multi-million pound / multi-year / international projects and long-term frameworks.
Project Coordinator: As a Project Coordinator, you will monitor, report and assure project governance and compliance within the business, working with relevant teams to ensure we are delivering brilliantly. Main activities will involve maintaining and improving the data quality within our project management related systems.
Data Analyst – As a Data Analyst you will be utilising existing HORIBA-MIRA IT systems, provide business level analysis and insights of our project portfolio status and performance. This will enable stakeholders (include HORIBA MIRA Board) to make informed decisions and will enable our business to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

Assessment Centre
If you meet our eligibility criteria, we will then ask you to complete some psychometric tests, with successful applicants then progressing to interview onsite where we can meet each other. This will take place at our MIRA Technology Institute on Tuesday 3rd September or Thursday 5th September 2024, so your diary must be available for this.
Please note; the successful candidate must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and meet UK government security vetting criteria.
